The Heritage community is located in Annapolis, MD. We are located to the north of Forest Drive, centered roughly on South Cherry Grove Rd.
The Heritage Pool and Community Association (HPCA) consists of 96 homes on South Cherry Grove Rd (south of Spa Creek), Catlyn Place, Homewood Lane, Meares Court, Hawkins Lane, and Merryman Lane. The HPCA is the governing body of the community, organizes community functions, and manages the Heritage Pool and common areas.
All property owners are members of the HPCA. Fees for maintenance of common property and administration of the Association are collected through the Heritage Special Community Benefit District (SCBD).
